When making an order the boy on phone couldn't take order properly so another member of staff started taking my order I asked for well cooked meet on kebab and was told that he could not well cook I asked if he could leave on to cook more then was told were closed and he put the phone down on me I phoned back and said what had happened and was told no we are not closed and sorry for this it is not the first time I have ordered with these and staff have been rude think they need to teach there staff customer care
