I love this Indian but today I've just had a large piece of plastic bag and a hair in my korma! I have put down my curry and can no longer eat it I will no longer be ordering

Awful!! Would never recommend this place My husband and I were staying at the bridge wood hotel in chatam placed an order with them at 7:15pm got told it will be an hour delivery so we thought thats fine It got to 8:20pm called them check whats going on, they they were packing our order and waiting on a driver wouldnt be long so we were thinking it will be about 10-15mins But guess what nothing called 25 mins later which at this point it had already been 1 hour 30mins they lady said its still in shop waiting for driver didnt know how long it would be so I asked what are you going to do about it as you said 1 hour? She said all I can do is apologise at this point I was fuming that Ive ordered the order been sitting on the rack waiting for over 25mins I cancelled the order as was not willing to wait to get an order 2 hours later AVOID AT ALL COSTS
