Royal Ruby

Best Indian we've ever ordered by far. The food was absolutely delicious,amazing!!!!!! They made it exactly how we wanted. It was delivered on time way faster than any other place we've ever ordered from. Very friendly man AK who really listened to my wife's desired recipe ......and Royal Ruby exceeded our expectations. Brilliant work and a massive thanks to the chefs. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

I've eaten in this place for years and never ever had an unsatisfactory service from here. But last night the food was 2 hours late, it turned up like it had been sat there for the 2 hours and was stone cold with sweaty cold naan too! To all you that know the Royal ruby was closed a while it's back open with new cheifs which was blatantly obviously, after I microwaving the curry as they didn't answer the phone for ages to complain straight away. We keep rringing and they did answer and said some one will call us soon, another 2 hours later and we was dealing with someone that didn't care and said there is new chiefs in the kitchen. We could instantly tell that the food was not it's old self ie delicious and mouth wateringly good. No refund was given so hence the poor review. I will not eat from here again I promise!
