I have been working at Nirvana Care and Support for over 7 years and have found this to be a fantastic company to work for. I find everyone to be friendly, kind and supportive within the organisation to the point where I have met some fantastic colleagues who have become life long friends. I have also found this a great company to work for who believe in upskilling their work force. I am currently studying for further qualifications which have been organised by Nirvana Care and will support me in my career development.

I have been working here at Nirvana Care and Support now for around six months and have found this to be a very caring, and welcoming environment to work. Everyone was very welcoming when I first started which was really nice to see and this also helped my transition. From the moment I started, I had a thorough induction process and continued training throughout my time here, much of which has been face to face and bespoke to my role which has been really supportive. I would definitely recommend working for Nirvana Care and Support, especially if you care about the outcomes for young people and young adults as they are at the center of everything they do.
