Started calling to book an appointment at 08:20am in the morning only for line to be busy, finally get through and get put into a queue of 6, when you get to position 3 it starts ringing, from there I waited 1hr and 15mins of it ringing and no one picked up. At the same time I tried on the second phone, same thing got to position 3 and ringing on hold for 30mins picked up keys to drive down there and a lady finally picked up. Asked for a appointment and she said we should have called at 8 in the morning! The appointments are fully booked for a few weeks. Really bad service and the phone lines really need looking into something is definitely not working correctly, surely you can make a online booking system.

Very poor responsibility and behaviour. waited for 90 min to get through a call and when finally they picked up, they hung up on me after I said hello.

Impossible to get an answer on the phone. After trying all day, I am heading down to the surgery to do it face to face and will probably be told to phone back and go through the whole pointless process again tomorrow!

Yet again poor service. This time didnt even bother to send prescription to pharmacy so had to wait for it to be sent again. Funny how my last review also got deleted about how they make appointments and then say they you haven't got an appointment when you turn up.
