Ladies are great in there. They swap about the stores so its not always the same person. Not all of them can wax so occasionally I have to get them threaded which I dont particularly like as its quite painful.
Last week was only time Ive had any problems after where I had a very small patch of scabbing. This was the younger lady who couldnt wax so it was threaded.
There are two woman who I normally see and they are both great, really know their stuff.
I would rather travel into Chatham to get them done than go local that shows how good they are. Ladies are professional and do a great job.
Make sure you check what Superdrug staff are charging for as the actual staff have gotten what I want wrong a few times and you have to go back to the tills at the front of the store to correct it. 5* service from friendly professional staff. One even gave me a free facial massage as I was waiting for the dye to set once. its not a service they offer but it was amazing.
