Great experience - couldn't get what I originally went in for. Staff took time to explain and were clear about pricing. After 3 hours came out with a completely different look but was really pleased with the results - definitely going back.

If I could sue this woman I would! I walked in for long layers as my hair was pretty long and healthy and just wanted a tiny cut with layers. This qualified hairdresser was shown an example of how I wanted it and she proceeded to cut my hair with confident, when i tell you I dont have any hair left I genuinely dont. literally give a 10 yrold scissors and they would do a better job. I was shaking and on the verge of tears because it took me so long to grow my hair and it was ruined in a minute. My hair are so uneven and choppy that the other hairdresser couldnt even fix it much. (Even they knew it was disgustingly cut) Please dont hire people who cant do a good job, some costumers really struggle to grow hair and you go into salon with so much trust and youre not even given full honesty.
