        Staff is ok, they will see the problem or issues you have and help you. Now I don't understand what are those people called security roaming around? No idea. I work as security and this is not the way you talk to people or handling any information. They are not front desk but I need to talk to them before talking to the front desk? For what reasons. This is not a prison. Security should be vigilant for problems not asking questions and taking your name and info to someone. Maybe I can ask them to clean my car next time? Or buy me some snack?

        One of the worst job centres you will visit. Reason? Over zealous, creepy security, rude advisors and government staff act like they are over the law and do not believe in treating people fairly until you raise complaint with local MP and contact them that you will take legal action against unfair treatment by government office. Do not let them abuse or push you around because they give you allowance. Stand up for your rights and let them treat you with respect
