Made me wait for 25 minutes making me late to work, reception was very dismissive when I asked how long I would need to wait for. Been going several times for eczema and this time I got to see the Dr whos in charge of skin/eczema in the surgery. He was very dismissive, didnt hear me out, kept interrupting me and I left with getting no proper help for the 4th time. Waited 25 minutes just for a 2 minutes appointment. Wont be coming here anymore.

Telephone them & wait in queue indefinitely, when you are No.1, & cut off. Call again & you are No 6 (previously 3) 29 minutes & still holding at No.2. Avoid. Ohh just saw other reviews. Same same same problems. They dont care about you calling them. By the way 31 minutes now on same call at No 2.

Patient for 4 years. Care has really improved lately; used to have a few doctors that could be a bit dismissive - we know they are so, so busy and underfunded- but I know for me it led to putting off appts entirely. Can only imagine what it does for more vulnerable, busy parents or pensioners who need care. A few new doctors seem to take this more seriously and it's so appreciated. The kindness and understanding of the front desk is so appreciated, too.
