        What great service today! Must say, always a hello from staff here but today Jo ( manager ) was absolutely brilliant with a floral dilemma . I mentioned what I was there for and Jo came up with great advice and inspiration . Really helped me out. Other girls super friendly and helpful with future wedding flower order I need to place. BIG THANKS

        Customer service not great. Walked into the store, encounter 2 people that worked there and wasn't acknowledged once, I even said hi as a polite person. I was there for approximately 30 minutes and not once did anyone ask me if I needed a hand or what I'm looking for. At the til was left waiting without so much as an apology for the wait. Didn't feel welcome in the store and not really sure if i'll venture back there. Which is a shame as they have a great range.
