        This company, on request of our management company, performed an external wall survey and fire risk assessment on our building, which resulted in the London Fire Brigade imposing a ludicrously expensive waking watch on us. Luckily, the building company that developed the building (and is also the freeholder) got another company to perform another survey and the results were overturned. Contrary to BB7's assessment, it turns out the fire risk is low, we do not need a waking watch, and no parts of the building need replacing. I would avoid using BB7.
