        Terrible, avoid if you value your clothing. Messed up my blazer three times. Couldnt follow basic instructions. In the end I got the blame and he called me fat. Another time lost the tags on my chinos and therefore didnt only a what to do. I told him again and he forgot again.

        This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life! They lost 2 put of my 5 items and gave me the run around for months, telling me to "call back, they will look for my items... " I would go in and get the same "come back later we will look for it..." this went on for months! On one of the occasions I went in to find out if they had found my clothes the male owner practically cursed me out. Such poor standards of customer service, and to think my main reason going there was to support a local business, such a bad idea - they are very rude! The woman owner claims she does not know the compensation policy, although its her company?! They are just awful people. I never even received a single apology for my lost items, and was still charged for those that they didn't lose. Go here if you want to ruin your day and have a traumatic experience.
