The Stone Cross Surgery

What can you say that hasn't been said. They have brought in a new team, which are worse than the last lot. They have introduced an online booking, which excludes older people without internet or smart phone. They always were oldist, but they have taken it to new heights, or depths. Avoid this surgery like the plague.

No better than before being put into admin in some ways worse Front desk staff leaving by the dozen to be replaced by unqualified, untrained and in some cases totally unsuitable to be customer facing. There is no consistency at the surgery and a Dr who was deemed unsuitable and retired, has returned. However the locum Dr. I saw the last time was very good but what chance of seeing him again? Have now moved but fear I'll be out of the frying pan into the fire!

Pathetic, waited 1 hour 15 mins from scheduled appointment for a 2 year old and reception forgot to book the child in. After was told we can rebook you for another day as we were not able to be seen to. Absolutely absurd

I can't complain at all about the care that has been recieved,the receptionist has been so helpful and the doctor actually saw the patient,the westdrive surgery on the other hand,the female doctor just didn't listen and rushed the patient,so I'll only ask now for doctors at this surgery
