        Almost never answer the phone but when I walk in there are 3 receptionists sitting and not answering, just starring at the screen. Tell you to use e-consultant which most the time doesn't work and when work after answering plenty of questions tells that they cannot help you at this time. Call 999 or visit A&E. This is not medical Centre anymore. They only interested in giving another boosting jab. Pathetic. Waste of taxpayers money.

        You can never get through to them always number 40 + in the cue you get down to 20 then they hang up on you when you ring back your back in the 40s And when you do finally get through they are rude on the phone and ask you questions that don't concern them its between you and the doc not the receptionist if I could I would change docs

        Just been here with my mum for covid han 10 out if 10 for being very well organised and the staff were really nice and freindly.
