I have been with this surgery for several years and its just going down hill. I constantly get issues with getting prescriptions both repeat and requested by other medical experts. They claim to send them to your chosen pharmacy and them when you go to get it quess what it's not there. Then i have to spent days trying to sort it out which results in the surgery blaming the pharmacy and me running out of my meds. This has happened on a regular basis. Some of the receptionists are not very helpful and tell you that you will be messaged by them when things are ready to be collected and you never receive it. I was also told by a doctor that i couldn't keep getting signed off work for work related stress as i needed to sort it out. I for one will be changing to another surgery.

How this place has 5stars I DON'T KNOW. I will give it 2. I'm a patient with certain needs. Dr Vibuti took me off certain meds, well halved the daily intake. Within 3days of this happening I started having seizures, I became a recluse, within a month. I also started feeling very anxious, paranoid even though a consultant put me on these drugs over 10 years previously. I was stable happy in work and was more or less enjoying life. I had a disagreement with the secretary as she was asking personal questions in the waiting room. I then seen her and heard her doing the same thing again to a patient phoning in. Well I told her so. ... My next appointment with the doctor was when all this kicked in. As I made an official letter from complaint. In the end I changed my doctors. My wife never. 5 months ago it started on her. This all started last year. Now my wife is at my doctors now. We are going to all happy now. Thank god.

I have found them very good, the only thong is you can't always get an appointment easily.
