Went in only to collect a blood form and was asked to be seen by Mrs Dr. Singh. (I'm never asked to see a doctor to pick up a form before but later found it was because she had other reasons to want to see me). We also rarely have the same doctor, we get switched to someone new often, it was just odd that I wanted to be seen by a doctor to pick up a form when I haven't done before or after this time. Anyway, get in there, have a little chat, go over my history and Dr. Singh wouldn't hand over my blood form until she tried (quite adamantly) sticking the coil in me along with pills and all sorts (not personally of course, she just kept going on and on about booking them in when I didn't need them). There was one thing that I did need and I've used natural versions in the past which worked, but of course, DR. Singh wanted me to get a prescribed one otherwise she wouldn't get more money from me (of course, she didn't say the last part but Doctors get pay bonuses when they get their patients on pills, take vaccines or anything else they prescribe). I told her no several times and she refused to listen to me and still wrote out a prescription that went straight in the bin after I left. She made it clear that money is the main thing she wants because as I mentioned above, they get paid extra for every pill, vaccine, coil, whatever it may be to their patients. I was just a cash cow to her and I bet other patients are as well. The other doctors there are okay, I haven't had any problems with them. One Doctor was very good but sadly he left. I have had some rude responses from the receptionists (if I get through). One woman I asked for information on about the dentistry up stairs and she kept saying there isn't a dentist there. I said there is, I've been there before. She kept saying there isn't and acting idiotic. When I told her I've been there before, she finally said there is a dentist up stairs but they're their own company, they're not apart of the doctor surgery, they're basically just using a couple of rooms. Fine, but I just needed their number, why lie, play dumb and go through that pathetic game? Unprofessional.
