One of the worst GP in Chatham. don't go for any kind of test, its so terrible to get answer from a doctor, unfriendly receptionist, Just for urine test result you need to wait 5days.

The only reason Im still with this surgery is because every other decent surgeries are full. The receptionists either dont know anything or think they are trained doctors. I think thats because you can never speak or see a doctor. They hold back medication until you can see a doctor but cant offer you any appointments. You are given different information depending on who answers the phone. When you do get medication it is sent to a chemist you have never heard off or in your area. They forget to put on all medication required change the does due to not reading the prescription correctly or in most cases dont do anything. Truly the worst surgery in Kent. Always asked whos your doctor always respond never seen or spoke to the same one twice. Cant get through in the mornings shut for several hours every day cant make appointments in the afternoon as there are non available. Covid is blamed for everything in this surgery.

This place has definitely got better in the last 18months. Its recognisable to say the least. 100% great place for a patient. There is always room for improvement, but were there gonna find it IDONT KNOW. I spoke to Robert who left a 3 star comment and after speaking to him, I have to write this on behalf of both of us. He says its now a good place, all the staff are great and doctors are really helpful and easy to approach. I think this is very important. One problem is parking, thats down to logistics and the patients who want to see a doctor. I wrote the above nearly 6 months ago, I've added a star, so 5 stars not 4. Reason, great communication with staff, called at 8.30 and got an appointment straight away. If you need an appointment, you should call at 8.30am. Not 8.45am or 9.00am, to get an appointment. As they will be filled. The doctor can only see a certain amount of patients, in one day. If there are no doctors available at this surgery, an alternative doctor may be available at a sister surgery. Also there are other alternatives.
