No continuity of care, different GP every time. Very difficult to get appointment. Can take up to a month to get a sick note and prescriptions are often wrong.

Since being taken over the service has seriously declined. They have now closed the halfway surgery without informing existing patients. Extremely poor communication and lack of thought of how many people will manage to travel to alternative practice sites.

This doctors surgery failed my dad, they could not see he was dying from cancer. We could see the decline but a trained GP could not. Now the ombudsman is involved so we can get some answers but still messing around after months. Now I am seeking legal action. Biggest waste of time this GP, and if I had 1 wise word for any patients it would be to 'move' find a new GP because this one is no good.
