Let us down again I was told I need antibiotic and to speak to a Dr about this 2 days ago still waiting on a phone call from them if not being able to breathe properly isn't worthy of an emergency appointment I don't know what is if I could give a 0 star rating I would

I've always had very positive experience from the medical, nursing and reception staff. I recently had consultation at St marys medical centre Strood the Doctor i saw was excellent and very pleasant. Only downside is phone waiting time and getting an appointment quickly which seems to be a problem everywhere.

Can we score this minus 100. The whole gp team is bad. Worse..I had to complain about it to NHS about how bad it is.

Moved to this surgery from another local provider, so far this surgery has exceeded expectations. They answer the phone, you can pop in to reception if you need to, you can get a face to face appointment with a member of the clinical staff and you can book a GP appointment (telephone). Repeat prescriptions have been trouble free and all the staff I have spoken to have been helpful and have completed actions they said they would. Based on my experiences so far I would unreservedly recommend joining this group of GP practices.

Useless GP you ever find in your life Never you be able to get appointment with this GP . Horrible stuff
