Totally horrible heartless gp,whatever you do,dont see gp nick gbadamosi he was negligent and didnt want to book appointment for necessary tests for me,even thou ive had life threatening symptoms,still wondering who gave this guy a job

The worst nhs service I have ever seen. Imagine my plight, when I'm a pediatrician and I take my newborn to check the weight and the gp uses a bathroom scale to measure the weight. I was shocked ..for a second I thought I was in some third world country with limited resources ..the receptionist was another story. Neither she nor the gp told me that the mother and child would be seen together. When I came out of the room, the receptionist asked me to book another appointment 3 weeks later for the mother to be seen .. God save the patients. My best advice is go private than this gp service

Totally unprofessional. Reception hasn't got a clue of what they are doing. Giving out two months later doctors appointment instead of form that can be collected from feception the same day. Criminal. We are paying theyr wages. If I could rate it minus five I would. Please run away from this surgery. Totally useless

Started at number 5 in the queue, 10 minutes on hold to be told rather sternly that they could not help me with booking my husband a flu jab - even though he's vulnerable - and that he'd have to wait for a letter that had been sent out - which we still have not received and it's been 3 weeks now. Always hard to get through, it seems like one person manning phone in a central office - not in a surgery - and they are not helpful - even before the pandemic.
