Came to this GP after having such an awful time at Churchill. Ive had mostly great experiences, reception staff are lovey which is very rare for a GP!! The senior nurse is a bit tricky and gives bad advice regarding pernicious anemia, but I just avoid her now.

Only positive thing about this surgery was receptionist and lovely nurse. Doctors there should never work as doctors because its shameful how they work. They have 0 worry or sympathy for patience, they dont listen or care to hear you plus they speak to you in such a rude manner its disgusting. I had situation where in the end I had to call HNS and complain about what happened. I got apology letter from a dr I was dealing with..I had to go that far its sad. Then they refused to give my 3y old antibiotics when even I could see was really needed as she had bad chest infection,in the end she ended up with very high heart rate 3 days in hospital where they gave her antibiotics and only then she started improving. Cos of that we had to go to London for so many tests and checks and be on medication for a year all caused by that! If they can treat small child like that what else do I need to say! They have no humanity or any believes cos if they did they wouldnt put this small child through hell which was something that could have been so easy prevented! I literally feel disgusted even to pass that place!
