Dr I M Ali

Very rude Dr Ali. He isn't interested in patients. Have been registered with the surgery for over 6 months but the GP still doesn't have a clue about my health problems and doesn't know how to access my records. He talks to patients in a very patronising manner. The reception stuff is very nice though.

Shocking is a word to describe this surgery near on impossible to get an appointment same day and if you have an appointment it then gets changed due to the nurses in ability to fulfill my medical needs

Absolute joke AVOID AVOID AVOID the staff will either give you a lethal amount of medication or none at all after being on it for 7 yrs and the risk of stopping can be death do they care do they F*** 3 times now prescription has not been signed 4 days after repeat dropped in and then have to wait an hour or 2 or even come back the next day. I just want to stress before Dr Ali left it was a great practice with outstanding service but the new doctors and staff just don't care you are just a number and I am yet the see the same doctor twice. Medway PCT contacted very dissapointed.
