Stay away from it!
My parcel hasn't never been delivered, but carrier recorder is as it has been delivered.
Contacting customer service wasn't successful. First they have apologised for complete mess-up and promised to delivery in 48 hours.
When I still haven't received the package after 4 days after that and contacted them again, they advised me to contact the seller and ask for refund or replacement as they apparently lost my parcel!
Now second package hasn't been delivered.
It was no ring at my door, as I am working from home I would of hear it if they actually come. This time carrier recorded it as I wasn't in two days in a row!!! Liers!!!
They have also ignored my request to deliver my package to my letter box in case if I am not in ( even I was!) and also recorded it as it was no safe place to leave it in !?!?!?
It is a joke, not a serious and unrelieble company, avoid if you can!!!
