One Stop

Staff are friendly But sometimes i feel that jobs around the store are more of a priority than serving the customer as there are huge queues for the tills and have seen staff standing in the corner stocking shelves and chatting instead of helpping customers at the till I also find that they dont always have the products i need because there has not been enough ordered in and deliveries become a priority

Used to be a great corner shop with bargain's until lately when they've started doing deliveries over the phone one behind the jump 2 doing order's with a big long queue waiting to be served I used to shop everyday spending good money a lot off money no more I will shop elsewhere now

I have seen people mention Donna in previous reviews, and I wanted to drum in the fact that her customer service is impeccable. It wouldnt suprise me if she is keeping this place open.

Popped in today with a friend quite late just to get some milkshakes. A lovely woman named Donna with red hair was the kindest person and best customer service Ive had in a very long time. Please give this lady a raise.
