        Due to several mistakes made at this surgery I am now left with severe health anxiety.i am terrified of doctors and even my fone ringing causes panic attacks.there is no continuity of care.

        How can you send an e-consult request in when you get halfway through, answer a question push the next step button and it won't move. It's so frustrating after being with Lordswood surgery for over forty years. Can someone please correct this?

        Got an appointment eventually when spoke to doctor asked them for referal to kings where I had surgery done , I swear they don't listen they don't understand English she didn't refer me so now I'm ringing to see a doctor and I will get my referral . I've been waiting over an hour to get through not good they say every time we are very busy , the answer to that is get more staff , simple. I don't rate reach healthcare
