Food was cold and take 1hour 30 minutes to arrive and rang to find out where my delivery was I got told 10 minutes it didn't arrive and very bad customer service I won't be ordering from you again absolutely won't be get my money any time soon

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Ordered via Uber Eats, food was absolutely disgusting and inedible due to the amount of salt that was used, we had to throw our dinner's in the bin. I would not recommend this restaurant, and will not order from here ever again. Very disappointed customer In addition to your reply, the order was placed on Saturday, so I don't see how this is deceiving. Am I not allowed to review your restaurant on a day where you are closed?? Furthermore, I am giving an honest review of the experience I received from your restaurant, your dismissive response is very disappointing. It is abundantly clear that you don't like negative feedback.

I don't get all the bad reviews, I suppose ppl are more likely to post with a bad experience than they do with good experiences. I'm quite fussy where I order Chinese take aways from, new jade is usually my first choice when I want a Chinese. Never had an issue and we order every month from here, food has always been lovely, out of all the times I have ordered only one time have I waited just over an hour due to ordering at abusy time, other than that it's always come super quick, hot and tasty.

Very disappointing. Used to be good but gone severely down hill and wouldn't recommend ordering from here. Food came cold and some felt under cooked previously, gave them the benefit of the doubt, ordered again and again cold and needing reheated plus items missing. When called to complain the lack of care and interest was terrible. When said would be losing custom was an attitude of 'oh well'. An attitude like that with terrible food and missing items means we certainly won't be back. Shame. Also, don't go by the prices on the website, apparently to order over the phone the prices are much different and more expensive and also different again to the delivery apps. Minimum 3 different prices for the same food.

An attitude like that with terrible food and missing items means we certainly won't be back. Shame.
