Do not trust this company. They damaged my kitchen, denied it and tried to delete our WhatsApp conversation. They have deleted reviews I have left on other sites. My experience of them is that they do a sub standard job and cause damage.

Update: joice the wife has now replied as I have opened a case otherwise she was too busy gathering leaving and replying to her own reviews. She seems to have learnt some buzzwords of the trade 'non refundable' 'escalated' and 'vat'. Clearly she neither knows nor has any regard for the law and seems to think she can continue doing this to the public. Check their FB reviews where no more are allowed as the genuine ones couldn't be removed. They have done this to many before where they turn up, demand upfront cash and more than the agreed amount or they will leave with your deposit. Then they will say anything under the sun to avoid the issue at hand- fraud. Note the immediate fake reviews that followed. This woman will stop at no lengths but guess what joice, youve met your match. You need to be stopped and the innocent public protected. As for your desperate attempts joice just no words loll @ 'special masks' hahaha this is a first and for a brand new empty flat! 'an hour late' to my own house?! she accuses every customer that complaints of 'abuse'- see previous replies. the diversion tactics are not going to work. au will do this to noone any longer because they will read this and be aware of your tactics to extort money and blackmail to keep the depost, at the very least you will learn your lesson and never dare to scam the innocent public again. Avoid.Please save yourself time money and hassle by avoiding these thgs and bullies. They will take a deposit agree a price then upfront fees and charge you extra or keep the deposit. I spoke to a guy called param who gave a quote for 325 and we agreed on a date and time. He then noted there would be a 50 deposit but there is nothing to worry about as we are registered etc. So I paid. I asked for a invoice and he said he can't do that or he will need to charge more. I would also need to pay in cash or vat would be added if paid by card. I found this strange but thought no more of it given he promised it would be confirmed by his colleague wife joice martins. Joice didn't email. I chased and chased. Then she got back with a 2 line email missing out half of what was agreed. I replied and noted our agreement of 325 without vat if paid in cash. Param then immediately called Me fuming and said they couldn't confirm this. To save us time I didn't cancel. Then he called again, twice, at 730pm and said he could do it next morning. The guy who came called me around 915 claiming he still couldn't find the place and then he couldnt find parking and called himself Jay. He then came to the flat and went around opening and closing doors and cabinets as though looking for something but couldn't find it. Finally he claimed there would be a 100 extra charge as 1 kitchen cabinet ( gloss new built) needed 'scrubbing' and they would need to carry stuff to 2nd floor. We either take it or leave it.i pointed out rhis wasnt the agreement. Helpless we offered to pay 50 for the bullying and bring their stuff up and help. He went and came back a few times to speak to the office (joice). Then he forced me to speak to this vile woman. The woman pretended she had no idea what was going on and noted she was at home pointlessly. She started screaming and claimed she would keep my desposit unless I paid another 100 as demanded she also claimed we were "an hour late" even though it was yet to be an hour even after Jay coming and going multiple times. She sounded like she was having a mental breakdown and wouldn't let us get a word in. The guy then left and I asked once again for the deand posit to which he replied 'good luck getting that back'. I emailed asking again and the vile woman replied refusing and claiming her 4 staff had been abused (even though 3 didnt even get out of the van) and flat out refusing to return the funds kept fraudulently. Now taking this to bank and courts. Be very careful with these thugs and do not pay a deposit or upfront money
