For a DIY-er this is the shop you can find everything as long as you go and get it yourself. Reason for only 4 stars is that they are not that good with deliveries.

Poor customer service Bought 2 broken items and received only 20% discount. Staff at till really with an attitude and ready set up for arguments. I was in a rush so I'd rather pay but keep thinking how bad experience

We have used Wickes in Chatham for years, we used to live within walking distance but now we live a bit further away. They have always helped with advice and also have a lot of 'How To' leaflets and project info.
