I won a competition in which I received 50% off of teeth whitening services (first appointment). I booked my appointment for 2pm (and payed my balance in full) however received a message asking if I could move my appointment to 12pm which was fine, no problem. On the day of my appointment, I got there around 10 minutes earlier, sat and waited. The lady who was doing my treatment came, said hi and told me she was with another client and wouldnt be too long.. I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes to be seen, I walked into the treatment room at 13:36.. The teeth whitening session in itself went okay and I did notice a difference with my teeth so I booked and payed for a top up appointment at the end for 2 weeks time for maximum results. Fast forward to this appointment I was made to pay extra despite winning the competition and my appts being paid for at the time and in full? I left with burnt gums and an overkill of sensitivity. I wouldnt book here again for TW services I think communication and time management could improve.

10/10 it was pain free, Emily is such a lovely girl, really did a good job on my lips. It was my first time there, I would recommend to anyone! EnhancedbyEB yall are seeing me there soon x

My experience getting lip fillers for the first time was amazing, the clinic was clean&beautiful. I felt very comfortable throughout my whole session. I had minimal bruising and my lips healed very quickly. Overall the experience was great i will be coming back soon and i love my new lips i feel more confident now!.
