Our query was delt with by a delightful lady who took us into a cubicle for privacy where she explained things to us in detail and also made us aware of other Santander products.
(Upgrading to a new phone can be a little tricky when it comes to online banking.)
However, Santander security is excellent even though inconvenient at times.
