        Went un here today to pay some change in , little queue, but I can't praise the staff, there was an elderly gentleman, not good with modern tech and the member of staff couldn't do enough ,afloatung member of staff freeing up queue and customer service lady getting off her station to help when she was free, guy who served me polite friendly and professional, can't fault the ntean and good team playing, I'm well impressed, thankyou halifax chatham x

        Halifax is convenient in Chatham. However, there is always queues at busy lunchtimes. Over the years the Branch has gradually closed teller positions.There are more staff available for mortgages which appears to be more important to the branch. A step closer to being fully automated.
