        useless, I made an order for a subwoofer to be fitted as I got fitting assistant within the product to them saying they don't fit them in... waste of time

        A man called Joe got 10 seconds into unscrewing the light and said "I can't get it off, thats a garage job, you should get a refund", terrible service from him specifically, didn't even try to help for a simple light fitting, unenthusiastic and zero service provided. However, fortunately a different colleague (demi I think) came out and helped us fit in within ten minutes and seemed much more competent and was very helpful, which highlighted the poor service we recieved initially. In future will do it ourselves or avoid that staff member at all costs.
