GM Architect

We found Giovanni online as he was local to us, had a good professional website and excellent at communicating with us throughout our process. He was professional, polite and all round a very nice guy. We first had Giovanni over to meet us and once we met him we knew he would be right for the job. He understood our requirements as the most important lay out of our extension were the needs of our house cats and gaining as much space as possible but including everything we wanted. Over the past few years we have toyed with various designs and finally settled on one. Once Giovanni understood what we wanted we were shown other options and designs we hadnt thought of. We now have our plans being submitted and cannot wait to finally start making our house our home. Thank you again Giovanni we would highly recommend you. Kind regards Stacey & Matt

It has been a pleasure working with Giovanni on our extension. We had no idea where to start with the planning process but Giovanni helped us every step of the way and was always on hand to offer advice and assistance. Not only is he clearly an excellent architect but his friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile made what started out a daunting prospect an absolute pleasure. I'd highly recommend Giovanni to anyone about to undertake any work on their home that requires the skills of a high quality architect.

The process of converting our garage to habitable space was made simple with GM Architect. Right from the first day to completion GM architect was with us. They attended to our project in a professional, friendly and supportive manner all through the stages. From the first day they talked us through the whole process and nothing was different from what we heard. We cannot express our gratitude enough.
