        The initial call out was 7 weeks ago. It was diagnosed that a new heater was required. The part was ordered wrongly. It was reordered and still didn't fit but was botched to fit. The unit still didn't work. When, eventually, another engineer attended he said that another part required replacing. It was ordered...didn't fit. 7 weeks later we are still waiting. Numerous telephone calls have been unanswered. Messages left for return calls have been ignored. The service has been absolutely appalling. We have now had to replace the unit with a new machine, after being left 140 out of pocket. Service: Dishwasher repair
