Medway Ambulance Station

Today l have been excruciating pain, l dialled 111 and had three lovely thorough paramedics turned up. Leanne was the head one, l was examined, bp taken pulse taken, l was tight so they couldnt get any blood. Asked loads of questions, they asked if l had had a blood test, no, have you had a urine test no. So off l went and done a urine test they took it to the drs and had words as l have had these pains for nearly a month. They even got the meds for me from the chemist to help us out. You have a brilliant team and they are better than our drs. They deserve a rise and more. They where Leanne and and Libby. Brilliant team lovely manners put us a rest. Well done girls

On Thursday morning 9th June I was so unwell with ascending Kidney Stones an emergency crew from this depot was sent out to me.I was so very grateful for their help and can not praise them enough.Thank You ALL.

My family had to call 999 on Sunday the 18th August 2019, as I had a problem with my breathing. I suffer with copd, this being the first time it was bad enough to call 999. I would like to say a great big thank you to everyone who is involved with the ambulance service, from the quick response, to the care & expertise of the two paramedics Ellis & Pauline, these ladies were brilliant, their care their attitude & my treatment. We take these people for granted, without knowing the work & long hours they put in. So I would like to congratulate you all on your outstanding work. Well done!!! Thank you Mrs Kit Stanton.
