        Purchased bags of wood. Not seasoned and high moisture content. This is the second time my purchase has been like this. As most of us, I thought I was unlucky. Alas, twice? I have telephoned Empress back advised to bring them back and they will be looked at and swapped. Wanting to know when and what time, I will be returning. I explained, I have emptied the bags into the basket and would be a massive inconvenience living a 30miniute drive. I asked if they could collect and swap, they are too busy?!? Very disappointing.
