Crews Hill Wholesale Plants

To start things off the staff here are great! All this nonsense their staff are rude, unwelcoming and unknowledgeable is false. These people slagging off the staff have gone in there with the intentions that they will be treated like the Queen on a royal tour of the place and then likely to have thrown a wobbler. It's a good honest nursery, down to earth staff that get along with everyone who don't have the head up their *?#/. Everyone has to start somewhere so not everyone is going to know everything at first. This doesn't mean your pushed aside you just have to wait while they go and find out for you. The plant quality is high and the range is great and forever changing due to the high stock turnover because they are so busy. I love this place and so happy I came across it. Been coming here for years and will carry on coming here for years to come.

I have been using this wholesalers for about a year now. I was double checking the opening time this morning, and while I was looking at that i saw some of the reviews. I was quite shocked at some because I have had nothing but positive experiences when using them. The first time I went to join/become a member, George was the person i was dealing with and he was very friendly and helpful. The other staff have always gone out of their way to help me, even taking my trolley out to the van for me if i had been struggling. The plant quality is always good and great value. They always have a brilliant selection, with plenty of stock.
