I've been receiving therapy from ruth for 5 years or more. I knew her through a friend. The first time I went in with a lot of pain and tension, she worked on all my knots and complicated areas, she knows different techniques and she uses it like a master. Ruth has been visiting me on a monthly basis for nearly two years now. She is always punctual, happy and ready to listen to me when I recount all about the aches and pains that I have had since her last visit. I am always rejuvenated after one of her treatments, and she will tailor the treatment to how you want it. Hard, and sports like massage or a more relaxing gentle one. She will work with the oils that will be beneficial to help with your problem, or maybe just the ones that you like best. I am very happy to highly recommend her, even though if she gets really busy I may have to wait longer in between her visits, which I always look forward to. I set my diary around Ruths treatments, as they are an essential part of my life.
