Marshall K Paving

Went to look at paving slabs, severely disappointed that although stated as being open for business there is no physical representative present to ask questions or assist you. We rang the number on the leaflet instead but sadly the person who answered was unhelpful to the point of being rude. It was as if they didnt actually want to make a sale. Shame as the product look good and other reviews seem positive. I went elsewhere.

Its been a year since we commissioned Marshall K for a complete garden rejuvenation. And what a year it has been to put Kevins work to the test :D We needed a lot done as you can tell from the before and after photos. Our garden was transformed to a family garden safe for our young child all year round! I cant recommend Marshall K enough and will be using them again in the near future. Never again. Tiles themselves are nice but there are several outstanding issues with quality of installation and Kevin disappeared / stopped responding to messages as soon as he was fully paid. There were some issues in the end that were never resolved. There were also issues and delays throughout the project and lots of excuses - something we didnt experience with our other contractors E.g. a leak on the sidewalk in front of our house, a lot of new cracks in the sidewalk due to a heavy digger machine Kevins team used without any protection. Kevin is a good salesman and he has good taste in tiles but the process was a headache with lots of issues and poor finished quality. In Kevins sales pitch he kept going on about a longterm guarantee on the tiles. I have zero confidence that that will be fulfilled. Avoid!
