I have recently sold my property through Winchesters Property where they had my property under offer within 24 hours. I found them to be very helpful and understanding. Winchesters have been amazing to work with from start to finish. Having previously been listed with another agent for a couple of months with limited interest we are kicking ourselves for not changing agent sooner. Mario and the team made a difference from day 1 booking far more viewings than we had previously and getting offers on the table. Once we were under offer sadly it was not plain sailing for us however this is where Mario and the rest of team really came into their own. I honestly believe that if it were not for Mario our chain would have fallen apart. Mario is an expert in what he does, and he provided sound advice through every step of the process.
