I recently rented an apartment through letting line and from the number of apartments I have been to view and in my opinion I would say Letting Line maintains a certain standard on the types of properties they showcase to rent. I worked with Oana who showed me two of the properties one which I am now renting and I would say Oana made the process very easy, efficient and more importantly a very friendly experience. I am new to the UK and very new to the letting system here and she has been kind and friendly and very patient to my requests and questions about the subject. Always prompt on her replies with email and has never kept me waiting. I am very pleased and I would come back to Letting Line next time I would need to rent out a property. They offered me a property with a garage included which is an essential part for me as I need it for my tools. It was promised that it will be available after a month. Now it has been two months and many promises and all I got that I signed the contract on this condition. Even though I told them that I need a specific date for the availability of the garage. Usual estate agents they expect everything from the tenants and nothing from the landlords.
