The Enfield Bird Centre bird cages

Parrots are situated on rows of cages on the floor. Stacked on top of eachother. As any parrot or bird owner would know being on the floor at people's shoe level is threatening for a parrot... One customer we spoke to didn't even notice the birds on the floor :( How can the birds find a nice home if no-one can see how lovely they are? Please change this. Please do consider removing the parrots of the ground as a priorty, for the parrots welfare and so they can get some light and company. It really gives the impression that welfare is not at the forefront of your priorities so might be giving the wrong impression?! Shop itself is well stocked and wide range of food, toys and cages available. Sadly I will not buy from this shop anymore until they improve their cages set up.

Only bad part was a parent letting her children scream at the parrots continuously. The kids enjoyed it I am sure the birds didn't. Think kids should not be allowed in if parents can't control them. Could easily kill young birds through the stress of the squarking parrot and kids.

Great place to see all sorts of birds, well equipped with all your bird supplies and cages.

Very helpful and kind staff they let you exchange any birds for a different colour, but my brother died a day after getting it and they didnt let me exchange it and made me pay for a new one. Also went to get a canary and they let me take the canary out of the cage to see if it sings. Prices are really good
