Updated review, original below. 3 months after my original review we have had missed appointments, appointments where they wanted to turn up at 10pm on Friday evening and another appointment where the engineer turned up without the necessary parts and told lies about why they didn't have the parts, his manager promised to call back to explain but didn't bother. Two weeks ago an engineer turned up and claimed he had fixed everything and we wouldn't be having anymore issues. In the last two weeks we have still had to prime the system everyday as it's constantly losing pressure then last night the boiler let out a moan so loud it shook the kitchen and the exhaust outside had a noise like boiling water without any taps or heating running and now we have no hot water or heating and it's almost October with a child living at the property. This company has had repeated chances to fix this boiler, we have been telling them for months it's no good but they know best. They lie, miss appointments, try to reschedule appointments to 10pm on a Friday evening without offering another suitable slot and are simply beyond inept. If you choose to use them then good luck to you, if like us you are stuck with them because they were the cheapest tender AVDC could find then you have my sympathies. Original review This company has taken over the Aylesbury Vale Council checks for gas safety. One of their engineers visited our property and even though our boiler is leaking between 500ml and a litre of water every day straight onto our kitchen counter the engineer has signed the gas safety certificate. Apparently leaking this much water is completely normal because our boiler has "no defects" and requires "no remedial action". I will be contacting the gas safe register after the bank holiday weekend.

No heating or hot water as boiler on zero pressure due to leaking radiators. I've only been here 5 weeks and constant problems. They've ruined all my new flooring from the leaks. I'm disabled with a chronic pain condition and heart problems and they didn't even bother turning up! Apparently I should be high priority! How can they leave people like this?

From December my boiler is broken and they just playing game and doing nothing, on this cold weather we have no heating or hot water. few days I just keep booking day and time with them , always excuse for cancelling or not coming, and never understand people problems, Im very angry with them, past 3-4 weeks I have no heating at all . Call centre middle of conversation just saying bad line and cutting off and never call back Hope metropole housing do something about it.
