Had the basics, table, chairs, toilets (men and women seperate) and kitchen with fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave, sink.
Was clean.
Only issue was that there was no working heating, there was a control panel for heating several attempts by several people to get it working couldn't get it going the instructions were followed but no success.
The guy who handed over the keys also tried but failed.
Loads of parking in surrounding streets.
There was no wheelchair access avaliable to us so had to carry guest up and down stairs to get into venue.
