        Such a beautiful place for all your garden needs. So much collection on indoor and outdoor plants. A amazing coffee shop inside the store too. Definitely a must visit spot if you love plants.

        Car park very busy had to park further away and walk. Paid our 5 membership but unfortunately dispite a huge range of plants could not find trees we were looking for or alpine plants. So left empty handed.

        WARNING! Be prepared to be overcharged!!! Make sure you calculate the plants yourself before you enter the checkout. 3rd time its happened to me!! With the vast amount of plants people buy with their trolleys full, extras being added by the cashier are easily missed. I have a feeling staff are told to add a few on or tap in higher prices at the till! Appalling customer service. Reception woman ignored me today for ages and was serving every new or renewal member coming through. Just because I was in the shop side of the reception area. She knew I was stood there! Did she expect me to walk back out of the shop with my trolley to join the back of that queue? I was already in the shop with items in my trolley! Had to query at the tills instead (after i had done my shop) with a manager for being overcharged on a previous visit. The lady manager was rude and would not offer a refund or money off my current purchases for me being overcharged on my last visit. The previous visits that I've been overcharged, I just let it go at the time because I only visit a couple of times a year and would be costly for to drive back. Also, I now find out that the HALF PRICE SALE at the end of summer is an absolute rip off! Plants are cheaper in Springtimes. You're made to feel like you're getting a bargain, when actually they have added new stickers on the plants at a higher price so you feel like wow I'm getting a bargain at 50% off. ALL staff in there are very unfriendly and all look so miserable. Shame there isnt an option to leave "no stars" for this review?! A very SLY business
