Gary and his team could not be faulted so friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble great job and good price I highly recommend them.

Hi My name is Reza I have ordered my grass on 13/05/22 and 200 deposit on that day and been told to receive my delivery on 16/05/22 Today is 14/06/22 and still I havent received my order just to maintain I called meny times to Gary and he gave me a fake promise at all the times. Gary is the biggest layer I have ever known hi is very rude he doesn't even answer my call right now I don't know what to do and how I can get my money back. Note: do not buy any thing from them.

Cannot share any pictures as after 10 days of being told Mon then weds then Sat and then nothing each of the dates Gary gave us we only got when we called him, at no time did he call to rebook or apologise have since checked this company out at and this seems to be the way they operate god forbid you every have to call then back I think I may have dooged a bullit. And Gary really not jealous of a small time business man and use this term loosely.

We were going to go with this company because their pricing was reasonable, I'm glad we didn't! Absolute joke of a company. Gary is unprofessional, lacks communication and customer service. Booked in multiple amount of times, never answered calls, never called us back, never apologised and decided to call us 2 weeks later at a late time in the evening to say he could do it the next morning, by this point we already had it done by another company. IT TOOK THAT LONG TO EVEN GET A CALL BACK FROM GARY THAT WE HAD A COMPANY COME TO QUOTE, BOOK IN A DATE AND FIT IT. All this made me realise if he couldn't even call to guarantee us a date without letting us down then what would happen if something went wrong with it in the future. I started reading up more about this company and read other reviews where things have gone wrong later down the line and he didn't turn up to fix his mistakes. I also learnt that all grass should be laid with Grano dust which is what we had done. This guy was going to fit our grass with sand which isn't good for long term but some companies use this as its the cheaper method.
