Over a month waiting for an answer on replacing a chair that was defective on delivery. Had 3 interactions so far and customer services are very slow at responding. Reading other reviews, it looks like its been an ongoing issue for a long time!

I ordered an 8 seater ratan furniture set from their website. After a few weeks of waiting it turned up broken and rejected on delivery. After being promised my refund of 2800 within 14 days I am still without my refund a month later. After many emails and phone calls all I get are empty promises. Do not use this company at any cost. As you'll never get your money back.

Awful service! Keep pushing delivery back and no information! Incompetent outfit! Regret buying from this company! Didnt even get a confirmation Email, no contact or anything I have had to chase them constantly! Over 2 weeks and get told its going to be another 2 weeks! Useless!

Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced! My order had to be delivered in 2 weeks, a month passed and I heard nothing. After that I called customer service 4 times, all the 4 times I was told a different deadline, even the last one I was told wasnt respected by this company. Every time nobody informed me about my order, I had to make the call. 2 months had passed since I placed my order, definitely not the 2 weeks I was promised. Finally the order comes and they even managed to send the wrong item!! Then, to add to the terrible customer service, I contacted the chat service which told me to send an email to customer service (why would you have a chat system if on that chat you tell your customers to write an email instead??) I have written the email, of course I am still waiting, I tried to call but they told me that now that I have sent the email, I need to wait for them to reply to me via email. So basically instead of treating me as a priority customer as I had been waiting for 2 months and they still managed to send the wrong item, they tricked me in sending an email so then they didnt have to talk to me at the phone! I strongly suggest that you buy your furniture somewhere else, there are more reliable places that sell the same stuff and better, with a much more efficient customer service.
