I picked out 2 trees in store and purchased same day for home delivery. The guy who served me was really helpful so no complaints on service. The only reason Ive marked 3 stars is because I feel the delivery process does not warrant the 60 charge. As I purchased in store, I wasnt aware the delivery time can take up to 4-6 weeks! Was told the high charge covered the cost of a proper lorry etc. The driver who turned up had a small open truck with the plants laid on their side so some of the branches were bent/snapped off. Ive ordered large trees at other nurseries and the delivery was within a few days at a much cheaper cost. If customers purchase online I feel you should have on site delivery drivers. On the other hand, a very good variety of trees/plants.

I ordered four 1.5m trees which were delivered in outstanding condition. The delivery time wasnt the quickest (a couple of weeks from order) but the quality was worth waiting for. The direct personal email enquiring as to my satisfaction after delivery was a nice, personal touch. Couldnt be happier with the quality and the price. I would very happily recommend Paramount to anyone.

I wanted mature Photinia shrubs to create an instant hedge and Paramount not only had them but reduced half price. Delivered with care and very healthy specimens hiding my wheelie bins as intended.

Absolutely first class service from the Crews Hill team today. Was on the hunt for a coral bark sangu-kaku acer and the team couldnt have been better in helping us find the right plant for our garden. Friendly, first-class and knowledgeable service - highly recommended
