Our loft conversion was done by Rooftop Rooms and from the initial meeting to get the quote till the completion of the work, they were so professional. They sticked to the timelines and the team was always there to assist and guide us through the whole process. All costs were outlined at the beginning and there were no surprises on cost/ invoicing. We were given the payment schedule and timeline at the start. From the start of work, every Monday we got the work schedule and the team sticked to the schedule. All work were efficiently coordinated by the Rooftop Rooms team. We received quotes from few loft conversion companies, and we are very happy that we selected Rooftop Rooms. The work they have done in our loft is of highest standard and the finishing is excellent. We used the decorator services recommended by Rooftop Rooms and all work were internally coordinated and the decorators also did a super job. We would not hesitate to recommend Rooftop Rooms. Its a big investment and a big job for any home. We looked around a got a number of quotes and are very pleased we went with rooftop. The office, management and onsite staff were professional throughout, communication was great and we always had prompt responses to any we had before and during the work. At every stage Rooftop Rooms helped us understand the options and what might be the right thing for us, while allowing us to feel that we were making the decisions that were right for us.

Having never done buildings works before we looked into lots of different companies to complete our loft conversion, and Rooftop rooms were very professional and trustworthy from the first quote visit until the end of the project. As well as our brilliant project manager Gary, there is also an office team coordinating everything in the background which means all the various trades are lined up for you, and there is always someone to contact if you have a question. A schedule is emailed to you every Monday morning and, on the rare occasion things have to be moved around, the office team is immediately on it, keeping you updated as much as possible. The billing process is also very fair, with payments due in line with each completed phase of the build. We are very happy with our new space and cant wait to get up there!

This is the only loft company we have used and it is important you choose the right company as youre about to spend a lot of money so we took our time, asked a few other companies to compare. From the start Rooftop Rooms were professional. Provided advice at quote stage for things we should consider and advised us to leave space in the fuse box. We were changing this so that was a good tip! Good communication throughout the project, and when we had questions they were quick to respond and advise and sort. The weekly schedule is great and staged payments are aligned with the progress of the project. We had to add some extras along the way and some prices were reasonable and some maybe a little high. You are welcome to use your own contractors, but be aware to stick to the schedule. We got a finished loft room in 10 weeks! We are now at the final stage of our project, snagging. Im confident Rooftop Rooms will address the snags, if any are to be attended to. Once we are complete, it will be a full 5 stars. The experience within Rooftop Rooms is evident and I would recommend them and use again. You get a quality build and Im confident that if there are issues they will attend to and see through their 10 year warranty. It is important to continue their great customer service they have provided so far should any issues arise.

Very professional from start to finish. Do not try to cut corners and overall standard of work very high. Pricing mid range and you have the choice to add extras which are reasonably priced. Recommend that you check the schedule of works that they supply you as there may be times that there are no workmen on site for a few days but coincides with the schedule. Found dealing with one of the owners Gary a really good experience as he always makes time out of his schedule to come and check on how things are going as well as post completion which is a good sign.
