Im not one to complain about businesses etc... I booked this private ultrasound and went the same day once I got there I would have expected better care and communication from the sonographer. When i went into the room during the scan the lady said nothing for about 10 minutes dead silence , I eventually asked the woman if there was no heart beat as I had a gut feeling something was wrong and that was the reason for me booking this scan & instead of telling me there was no longer a heartbeat she asked how I knew ,not a sorry for my loss or explaining the situation . I ended up hysterical from the news and asked what I should do , she just mumbled to go to A&e , didnt explain what could be seen , the worst experience of my life and from going to window to the womb Ealing prior this scan , I know the customer care was wrong , as it was already a terrible experience this made it so much worse.

I went for a female well-being scan this afternoon. I have had heavy bleeding for the last couple of months and wanted to check what was going on. The sonographers name is as Marsuha. She was absolutely amazing. I felt so conscious because of the heavy flow but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She kept telling me not to worry about anything and kept trying to reassure me. I am extremely grateful for my scan. I managed to get an appointment same day also which was great. Marsuha was very thorough, did both external and internal scans. She answered all my questions. She was so patient. Report received really less than 10 mins after the appointment. Thank you so much for today... Marsuha is absolutely brilliant !!!!!!

I booked in today got an appointment straight away, they listened to whats happened and why I suddenly came at 10 weeks etc for a first scan the lady who did my sonography was brilliant so kind and reassuring. Thank you so much great service!

I felt incredibly disappointed with my experience last week. We experienced a missed miscarriage but I would have expected better care and communication from the sonographer. When we went into the room and during the scan the lady said nothing for about two minutes and just asked me if Id had any bleeding or pain, I had to eventually ask her what the problem was and was there a heartbeat, she just shook her head. I asked her what would happen next and she wasnt clear at all- she just mumbled and said go to AnE. She didnt say Im sorry at any point, she didnt explain what she could see in the scan, what my options were and said the bare minimum. She then sent me the scan results in the usual way which was not sensitive, nor was asking me to complete a customer satisfaction survey a few minutes after I was crying in the car outside. I had to Google what the CRL numbers were that she included in her medical notes that were attached to the picture to understand what they meant. Awful experience. I know this wasnt her fault and this is a common outcome but the customer care, communication and general experience added to an awful traumatic experience. I would recommend you go elsewhere.
